LIGHTING CONTROL

A Lutron lighting system enables a simple button push to turn off all lights in the house which have been turned on for entertainment, back yard illumination etc.  Unused buttons on the Lutron panels can be programmed to provide for any combination of lights to be able to be turned on or off with the push of a button.

Some lighting is controlled by motion sensors as opposed to the Lutron system.  You would not want a guest using a commode to find themselves all of a sudden in pitch darkness.

JACUZZI

The fitness center has a top of the line Jacuzzi as well as a dry sauna room.  This is in addition to the steam shower and Jacuzzi in the master bath suite.

UTILITY SUITE

There is no "Utility Room" per se.  Rather, there is a suite of three rooms which comprise the utility suite.  There is a hobby room including a large closet, used for whatever meets one's current needs, a general purpose utility room with provisions for an extra refrigerator and freezer, a communications room/closet and a washer/dryer room with a drip dry shower.

MASTER SUITE

The master suite is about 2000 square feet and consists of the master bedroom, a sitting room, his and her dressing areas, each with their own water closet, a connecting dressing area with steam shower and both his and her master closets each about 400 square feet.  The photos below show some of the highlights of the master suite.

MASTER SUITE CLOSETS

The master suite has both a "his" and "her" closet, each of which is approximately 400 square feet in size.  The layout of each closet is totally different.  The "her" closet is separated into four clothing "closets" each with hanging rods (some full length, some upper and some lower) as well as drawers and cabinets..

The "his" closet has a standard entrance with clothes racks on both sides.

To the left of the entrance of the "his" closet is a customized sock bin.

Not apparent from the closet entrance to the "his" closet is a large storage area (approximately 300 sq ft) with large shelving appropriate for items men would want to store like sporting equipment, cameras, etc.
